On the one hand (and incredulously!), the mainstream news actually admitted that there is a major disincentive to curing people in the medical system, while tacitly acknowledging that existing “medical miracles” are likely either being held back for just a select few wealthy patrons, or not pursued and developed at all due to lack of monetary incentives because not enough suffering people can pay. A Goldman Sachs analyst made all that clear in a biotech report advising the financial futures of the med tech community, not that we didn’t all know this already deep down.
This is the “health care” system the masses live under.
Suffering be damned; those cures are not to be given away to those in need. And no amount of fundraising and “races for the cure” will change that – that substantial amount of money goes somewhere else. We can’t say the system is broken anymore because this is all being put out in the open. The system was built and is maintained this way.
