It is always a worthless endeavor to speak of politics as anything other than a corrupt system meant to fool the people into believing that they have some sort of control over governmental policies, when just the opposite is the case. Government by design is structured as a top down system of class, with the common people always being at the bottom of the hierarchy. There are many ways for the powerful to advance the notion of popular inclusion simply by using deceitful tactics in order present a façade of ‘equality,’ while controlling the masses through fear, dependence, propaganda, and division. All of these are in play simultaneously in this current politically motivated virus fraud that is being used to advance the technocratic takeover of humanity. While this is apparent and undeniable, very few are able to grasp the reality of this situation, as their minds remain clouded in a haze of ignorance, obedience, and irrational madness.

Everything I know about Marshall Law in America couldn’t cover a 50-word article. So, since many here seem to think it is a good idea, I did some research.

What is Martial Law?

“Martial law” has no established definition. But, there are reasons for when it can be imposed. (See next question.)  In general terms, these are the “features”;

— used in an emergency (see next question)

— the military replaces civilian authority

— local police no longer enforce laws … soldiers do

— military officers, not elected officials, make policy decisions

— military tribunals replace civilian courts.

When is it usually declared?

Mostly in times of labor disputes (29 times), civil unrest (11), insurrection (7),  natural disaster (4), and war or invasion (2), and 15 “other” times (see link in next question), including three separate times over “a nonviolent dispute between the state government and oil producers over oil production limits”. The link in the next question has a brief synopsis of every instance.

Is it rare in the United States?

This site  (here)   claims Martial law has been declared at least 68 times. Doesn’t seem rare to me.

No doubt about it: 2020—a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year for freedom—was the culmination of a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad decade for freedom.

Government corruption, tyranny, and abuse coupled with a Big Brother-knows-best mindset and the COVID-19 pandemic propelled us at warp speed towards a full-blown police state in which nationwide lockdowns, egregious surveillance, roadside strip searches, police shootings of unarmed citizens, censorship, retaliatory arrests, the criminalization of lawful activities, warmongering, indefinite detentions, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, police brutality, profit-driven prisons, and pay-to-play politicians were accepted as the norm.

Here’s just a small sampling of the laundry list of abuses—cruel, brutal, immoral, unconstitutional and unacceptable—that have been heaped upon us by the government over the past two decades and in the past year, in particular.

The government failed to protect our lives, liberty and happiness. The predators of the police state wreaked havoc on our freedoms, our communities, and our lives. How U.S. Government Paid-Off Its Super-Rich in Order to Pass Its Coronavirus-Relief Laws

On December 14th, two excellent news-reports were belatedly published about some of the massive corruption that was behind the initial U.S. federal coronavirus-relief law, the CARES Act, and about U.S. Senators of both Parties now intending to include such corruption in the next one. Democide is a concept proposed by Rudolph Rummel since at least 1994 to describe “the intentional killing of an unarmed or disarmed person by government agents acting in their ‘authoritative’ capacity and pursuant to government policy or high command.” What better term could describe what is going on today? Governments and those controlling the political process thrive and exist only by seeking power and control. In doing so, the sacrifice of the people is a natural consequence of all government action. Today, a completely fraudulent and purposely manufactured ‘virus pandemic’ is being used as the tool to accomplish those state goals of power and control, and be damned the people in the process.

The hundreds of millions of citizens murdered by their own governments in the twentieth century alone, stands in stark contrast to the much lesser number of deaths due to inhuman government wars during that same period.…

In the video above, James Delingpole interviews Patrick Wood, an economist, financial analyst and American constitutionalist who has devoted a lifetime to researching and understanding technocracy — a resource-based economic system created from scratch that really has no equal in terms of what the average person has any understanding of.

Covid and The Rise of Cage Keeper Democracy

The Covid pandemic this year has profoundly transformed the relationship of government to American citizens. Constitutional leashes have been obliterated as state and local politicians and officials have issued endless decrees that were vastly more effective at destroying freedom than at curbing a virus. Big Brother in Disguise: The Rise of a New, Technological World Order

It had the potential for disaster.

Early in the morning of Monday, December 15, 2020, Google suffered a major worldwide outage in which all of its internet-connected services crashed, including Nest, Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Hangouts, Maps, Meet and YouTube.

The outage only lasted an hour, but it was a chilling reminder of how reliant the world has become on internet-connected technologies to do everything from unlocking doors and turning up the heat to accessing work files, sending emails and making phone calls.

A year earlier, a Google outage resulted in Nest users being unable to access their Nest thermostats, Nest smart locks, and Nest cameras. As Fast Company reports, “This essentially meant that because of a cloud storage outage, people were prevented from getting inside their homes, using their AC, and monitoring their babies.”
