A Brief History of Hopium

Corbett Report

With all these decades and—in the case of the oldest democracies—centuries of broken political promises, you’d think that the public would have caught on to the game by now. But, if anything, recent events have revealed that people are becoming more addicted to this politician-peddled hopium even as the lies and broken promises become ever more ridiculous. .

YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A DOMESTICATED ANIMAL TO THEM

Hardscrabble Farmer

Human beings have been domesticating animals for thousands of years. In the process we too, became another domesticated animal. As our understanding of the process and each species became clearer, it also became more efficient and we learned how to maximize our ability to control both livestock and companion animals with greater ease as they became genetically easier to be manipulated.

Due to our extreme form of self-deception- catered to by things like religion and commerce- so too did our ability to be farmed by those human beings who recognized this set of traits in their own species.

You are a form of livestock. Because you (and you know I don’t mean you) are not harvested for meat you wear a set of blinders that makes it inconceivable to recognize that you serve other purposes, like a house cat or a race horse. In the same way we use cattle dogs to control the herds and protect us when we work with much larger animals, these farm managers (of humans) use police and intelligence agencies to keep an eye on us and keep us in line. And much like we can lead our flocks wherever we like with a bucket of grain, so too can social leaders use promises or goods to move humans to wherever they like mentally and emotionally, if you catch my drift.…

The Great Election Fraud: Will Our Freedoms Survive Another Election?

The Rutherford Institute

And so it begins again, the never-ending, semi-delusional, train-wreck of an election cycle in which the American people allow themselves to get worked up into a frenzy over the misguided belief that the future of this nation—nay, our very lives—depends on who we elect as president.

For the next three months, Americans will be dope-fed billions of dollars’ worth of political propaganda aimed at keeping them glued to their television sets and persuading them that 1) their votes count and 2) electing the right candidate will fix everything that is wrong with this country.

Incredible, isn’t it, that in a country of more than 330 million people, we are given only two choices for president? How is it that in a country teeming with creative, intelligent, productive, responsible, moral people, our vote too often comes down to pulling the lever for the lesser of two evils?

The system is rigged, of course.

It is a heavily scripted, tightly choreographed, star-studded, ratings-driven, mass-marketed, costly exercise in how to sell a product—in this case, a presidential candidate—to dazzled consumers who will choose image over substance almost every time.

As author Noam Chomsky rightly observed, “It is important to bear in mind that political campaigns are designed by the same people who sell toothpaste and cars.”…

Social Justice in Response to a Predatory Ruling Elite

Kurt Nimmo

It’s true. America has a systemic problem. I’m not talking about racism. I am talking about social justice. No, not the identity and group-centric justice demanded by the foundation and corporate funded so-called left. I’m talking about social justice for a population subject to the abuse of a ruling financial elite. Point is, there will never be true liberty and justice, not until the corporate crony state and its bankster owned Federal Reserve — now with a branch office in the US Treasury — is thrown out and the billionaire perpetrators of the massive economic fraud imposed on the American people are rounded up, tried, convicted, and imprisoned. This is not going to happen. It’s not going to happen with crony capitalist Donald Trump and it certainly will not happen with a semi-demented Joe Biden.
